Terms and Conditions for AI Business Solutions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of AI Business Solutions ("the Agency"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
The Agency offers these digital marketing services through our software, Automatic Missed Call Text Back, Automated customer review requests using AI, Automated Customer review responses using AI, A unified Inbox to collect all customer interactions across multiple platforms in one place, A chat widget for a customers website that can use AI to have a text conversation with a potential client, A sales and marketing funnel builder, A website builder, Create calendars and book appointments, connect with your leads through Phone Connect, Voicemail Drops, SMS/MMS, Emails, and even Facebook Messenger, create pipelines and workflow automations, allow access to our software and provide customer support Monday thru Saturday from 9 am to 10 pm central standard time.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide all necessary information and access to facilitate the Agency’s services. This includes, but is not limited to, branding guidelines, access to relevant accounts, and timely responses to requests for information.
4. Payment Terms
Clients will be billed $297.00 per month and will be rebilled every month unless they cancel their subscription. Late payments may incur a fee of 2% after 30 days of invoice receipt.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation will survive the termination of the contract.
6. Intellectual Property
All content created by the Agency during the provision of services remains the property of the Agency until full payment is received. Upon receipt of payment, ownership of the content will transfer to the client.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with 3 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees will be due immediately.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Agency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the services provided. The total liability of the Agency shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America.
10. Changes to Terms
The Agency reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
